On the second night of my stay we went to a event and got to the room about 10:00 on the 6th of April and all my belongings were on the curb of the hotel. My clothes food and towels were outside on the ground. No one could give me a explanation on what happened and it took 2hours to get into a room. I've never been treated like this in my life. A pair of my son shoes are missing. I don't think I should have to pay for anytime that I spent there. I need a refund.

I couldn't stay at your hotel because it was filthy, as soon as you entered there's a chair with all kinds of dirty stuff, the commode had not been cleaned, it was stained from a bowel movement.

Easy check in/out or extensions, friendly staff, room clean, good location to everything. Stayed here several weeks while my Mom was in the hospital in January, returned to stay for follow up medical procedures for myself.

Food on the ceiling, toothpaste stuck on the faucet, toilet was wobbly, crumbs in one of the beds, the lobby where the front desk is had pealed floor. It looked like it hadn't been replaced since 1970. The staff Saturday morning never had the manager contact me to follow up. The building looked scary like something out of a horror movie. I didn't feel safe. The lamp between the beds had lots of rust. The headboards to the bed were filthy and lots of dust. I was scared to touch anything in the room. The curtains covered the heater coming out the vent. We could not feel the heat like we should of. Needed shorter curtains. The hotel accommodations were filthy, unsafe and the owner should be ashamed. The Health Department will shut them down. We want our money refunded back!!!! Also the dust and other dirt was a health hazard. Give us our money back!!!!
